Welcome to Business Khata! These Terms and Conditions are the rules for using our mobile application and services. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to follow these rules. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. About the Service

Business Khata provides tools to help you manage your business. This includes keeping track of your ledgers, contacts, items, sales, purchases, payments, and reminders. We also provide a cloud backup service to sync your data across your devices in real-time, and allow you to connect with external hardware like Bluetooth thermal printers. Some features are free, and some require a paid subscription.

2. Your Account and Eligibility

• You must provide true and accurate information when you register.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Any activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.
• You must not share your account details with anyone else in a way that puts your data at risk.

3. Rules for Using the App

We want the app to be safe and useful for everyone. You agree that you will NOT:

• Try to access other people's accounts or data.
• Use the app for any illegal activities, fraud, or to harm others.
• Try to hack, disrupt, or damage our servers and networks.
• Use automated bots or scripts to copy data from our app.
• Upload any viruses, malware, or harmful files.

4. Your Data and Content

5. Subscriptions and Payments

If you choose to buy a premium subscription, the payment and renewals are handled safely by Google Play. The rules for billing are set by Google. We will clearly show you the features and limits of each plan inside the app. We may change our prices in the future, but we will let you know before we do.

6. Third-Party Services

Our app connects with other services to work properly, such as Google Sign-In, Google Play Billing, and email delivery services. When you use these features, you also agree to their rules and policies.

7. App Availability and Changes

We work hard to keep the app running all the time, but we do not guarantee that it will never go down. Sometimes we need to do maintenance or fix bugs. We can also add, change, or remove features at any time.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". This means we do not make any strict promises that the app will be 100% perfect, error-free, or meet every single need of your business. This includes our ability to support all third-party external hardware, such as Bluetooth thermal printers, as compatibility may vary by device. You use the app and connect to external devices at your own choice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Business Khata and its team will not be responsible for any indirect damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruptions caused by using the app.

10. Account Termination & Subscriptions

If you break these rules, we have the right to suspend or permanently delete your account to protect the app and other users. Additionally, if your premium subscription expires or is downgraded, access to certain businesses or features may be restricted or locked until you upgrade again. You can choose to stop using the app at any time. If you want us to delete your data, you can request it on our Account Deletion page.

11. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the applicable laws of your country. If there is a legal dispute, it will be handled according to standard legal procedures.
